Memberships
Becoming a member of NSI Housing means having a voice in decisions that impact our housing community. As a member, you can vote at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and any special meetings. Membership is open to Quandamooka People who meet the criteria outlined below.

How to Apply for Membership

Complete the Membership Application Form (attached link)

Complete the Family Information Sheet (attached to the application)

Membership Fee

Membership is $2.00 per financial year

Membership renewals are due by the end of June each year

Only financial members can vote at the AGM or special meetings

Application Process
Your application will be reviewed by our Board of Directors, and you will be advised of the outcome.
Once approved, you’ll be officially welcomed as a member of the Co-op
Tenancy Applications
If you are interested in applying for housing with NSI Housing Co-op, we encourage you to submit a Tenancy Application. We provide affordable housing for eligible members of the Quandamooka community.

What Happens Next?
Your application will be tabled at the next board meeting and will be considered in line with our Tenancy Allocation Policy.
