Affordable Housing
- Expand the number of affordable housing units in the community
- Develop a plan for addressing changing housing needs in the future
- Fully utilise NSI owned property to further develop emergency and specialised housing
- Develop a master plan for Myora
- Provide contemporary affordable housing management service that fully meets members needs
- Improve safety and security on our premises
Elder Care
- Expand the number of residential aged care places at Moopi Moopi Pa
- Grow the provision of aged care support for people in the community (including respite care)
- Integrate care pathways o match service provision to changing community needs for respite, residential, memory support, palliative and support at home
- Embrace legislative and regulatory change to enable the provision of exemplary quality care
- Build workforce capacity
- Improve financial viability to ensure ongoing service sustainability
- Collocate and consolidate aged care administration, training and staff supported on a single site

Equitable Access
- Develop a strategic partnership with the commonwealth, state and local governments to ensure ongoing commitment to ensure equitable access to services for islander people proportionate to need and without recourse to access services on the mainland
- Promote the availability of aged care and affordable housing services on the island
- Engage with key local stakeholder organisations and the community to ensure priority access to services for those of highest need
- Ensure that cultural safety practices are effectively implemented and promoted to enable enhanced access to services
- Improve safety and security for our members and consumers
- Implement Workforce Plan for a sustainable workforce for the future
Cultural and Community Leadership
- Be a leading organisation in preserving, promoting and developing the cultural heritage of the island
- Grow strategic organisational partnerships to support future housing options (eg with QYAC) and elder care
- Strengthen governance and decision making processes
- Improve communication and opportunities for engagement with the community including utilising new technologies and promoting feedback
